Cloudy Reflections at Maroon Bells
Even though The Maroon Bells is one of the most photographed landscapes in America, I feel I got a pretty unique shot. Located a mile-drive north of the Roaring Fork River Valley, getting to Maroon Bells is an adventure itself. The road to Maroon Bells is very well kept and paved because they get so many visitors. One could spend an entire trip just exploring and photographing the landscape there. The lake in the photo is Maroon Bells Lake. At a different time, we actually hiked up to The Bells. In the photo called The Moody Crater Lake, I show another lake that is further up in the bells. I recommend going there during only the peak of the summer. Otherwise, the snow is really deep. Cloudy Reflections at Maroon Bells shows plenty of snow and that was in the middle of a heat wave! Anyways, I hope you enjoy The Bells through this picture!
